Pre-Payment

a) The Customer will be required to sign this form and make a prepayment for room hire in order to make a booking request.
b) We will send the Customer an invoice for the prepayment amount upon receipt of this signed contract.
c) If our invoice is not paid by the due date specified, the tentative booking may be cancelled (and the room may be released to other groups) by UQ in its discretion.
d) Payment must be made via the method/s specified in the invoice.

Final Account

a) Your invoice for payment of all outstanding amounts (including catering, equipment hire and other charges etc) will be issued 7 days prior to the event date and payment of this invoice will be required no later than 48 hours prior to the event date.
b) We will send the Customer an invoice for the outstanding amount which will include a breakdown of all costs.
c) If our invoice is not paid by the due date specified (and in any case, before the requested event date), the booking may be cancelled (and the room may be released to other groups) by us in our discretion.
d) Payment must be made via the method/s specified by UQ (in its discretion), in the invoice.
e) After the event, we will send the Customer an invoice for any additional amounts (which have not previously been invoiced and paid) which will include a breakdown of all costs.
