Our residents took some time to slow down, recharge and focus on wellbeing with @yogapaws_ combining yoga, mindfulness and plenty of puppy cuddles! 🧘‍♀️🐶

A lovely reminder that taking a break and making time for yourself is an important part of looking after your wellbeing. ✨

💛 R U OK? Day is a reminder to check in with the people around us, start meaningful conversations, and let each other know that we’re here to listen. Not just today, but every day.

We had the best time celebrating R U OK? Day at UQ Res! 🐶☕️💛 From puppy cuddles and free coffee to our wellness wall, worry worms, yellow snacks and chats with UQ With You, there were plenty of ways to pause, connect and check in.

A little conversation can make a big difference. 💛

Nothing brings people together like giving back.

Nothing brings people together like giving back.

A huge shoutout to our residents who volunteered their time to help Street Care QLD assemble 140 breakfast packs for local schools.

These packs will help ensure students have access to a nutritious breakfast, giving them the best start to their day. We're so proud of everyone who got involved and made a real difference in our community.

Thank you to @streetcareqld for the incredible work you do—we're grateful to be part of it!
